Semi-automatic painting lane

  • Machine that provides seriál painting of products (from standard to heavy parts)
  • Festoon conveyer (50 m long, bearing 500kg)
  • Standing derrick (bearing 1000kg)
  • Automatic degreasing bath pro­viding great pre-adjustment
  • Lane is equipped by painting box Kovofiniš with triple filtration and carbon unit
  • Automatic controlled box for drying and maturing of paints
  • Fully automatic burning and drying machine
  • Electrostatic painting equipment WAGNER with 2K system

Combined painting boxes SAIMA

  • Three combined painting and drying boxes SAIMA for perfect hand painting
  • They are intended for use any kind of colour (from synthetic to adulteratel)
  • They are equipped by high efficient engine rooms of aspiration and draw-off mechanism SAIMA with exchange of air 32 000m3/h.
  • They fit to products of dimen­sions 733cm x 450cm x 336cm
  • The heating is provided by furnaces Riello and Blowtherm with dual rustless exchangers with capacity 20.000kcal/h. They are able to rise the temper­ature from 20°C to 80°C in 3 minutes
  • The sys­tem of quadruple filtration and the blocks with active carbon guarantee maximal quality of driven air, dustlessness and absolute ecological purity of plant
  • The heart of the equipment are fully automatic control units ABB that reach absolute accuracy and realiability of process control and high security of work
